I offer support across lines areas of practice: clients (individuals, corporations, public entities) law firms, and arbitral tribunals.
I represent and advise clients in international commercial and investment arbitration disputes, from case strategy and document drafting to proceedings before Mexican and international institutions. I also handle arbitration-related litigation before Mexican courts, including injunctions and enforcement of awards.
I work alongside law firms as a senior research and drafting resource, supporting case preparation, legal analysis, document production, and strategy in complex cross-border disputes. Available for discrete projects or ongoing collaboration.
In addition to sitting as arbitrator, I assist arbitral tribunals as secretary or assistant, administering procedural correspondence, drafting orders, maintaining the record, and ensuring the smooth running of proceedings from constitution to award.
