My experience covers international commercial and investment arbitration, complex litigation before Mexican courts, and cross-border insolvency proceedings. I have acted as party counsel and sole arbitrator, collaborated with Mexican and foreign firms. I have drafted legal opinions, and advised clients on enforcement, conflict of laws, and public international law matters.
